We had a major payroll issues where 5 checks weren’t calculating right and Dana has been a huge help bending over backwards to get it figured out. She also helped us fix the issue so I was able to complete payroll on time to get our direct deposits filed with the bank so our staff with get their paychecks like normal. I am so grateful that she was able to figure it out so I didn’t have to hand write 75 checks. As we needed to move off or our legacy ERP, it was comforting to be able to confer with our project consultant on several matters as it related to both structurally setting up our workflows and processes in Acumatica to meet our needs as well as the heavy burden of importing data from a third party that was handling the accounting function for us for the last eleven months.  Our consultant at Collins Computing probably got tired of seeing our various phone numbers appear on his cell phone (not to mention all the emails!) at all hours of the day and night, but he was extremely responsive, often rectifying situations within minutes.  I also appreciated the fact that when he wasn’t familiar with a particular function, he wouldn’t try to BS his way around it; he would admit that he needed to check with someone else, sometimes with the team at Acumatica themselves.  Acumatica has met our needs to date, and I believe that our consultant and the team at Collins Computing were an integral part of this being the case.
